PolyList

PolyList is your on-line resource for listing the textbooks and supplies that your classes assign.

How do I access PolyList?

You access PolyList from your MyCalPoly account.
To log in to your MyCalPoly account, click on PolyList Link in the left-side index.
In your MyCalPoly account, click on List Class Books under Single Click Access to ... on the Main page.

What can I do in PolyList?

Search Class History or Textbook Database:

Both searches exclude supplies.
Class History includes class textbook assignments in previous terms.
Textbook Database includes books and coursepacks listed for Cal Poly classes and thousands of books not listed for Cal Poly classes.
You can start a class assignment list by adding a book from a search.

Create Class Assignment List:

Each academic term has its own PolyList session.
Create a class assignment list in a session that is open for entry & edit.
A list may include textbooks but no supplies, textbooks and supplies, supplies but no textbooks, or neither textbooks nor supplies. We do need a "list" for a class that assigns no textbooks.
Give us your contact information.
Identify the class by department, course, and section(s).
Add textbooks to the list.
You can search Class History or Textbook Database as you create a list. You can add a book from a search.
Add any supplies to the list. Please.
You may exit PolyList before you complete or submit a list. To complete, edit, submit, or delete the list, return to PolyList to view the list.

View Your Class Assignment Lists:

View the class assignment lists created by your MyCalPoly User ID.
While a session is open for entry & edit, view, edit, or delete an unsubmitted list; submit a list; view a submitted list.
To cancel or change a submitted list, please contact the Courseware Office for assistance.
