• Shop Once Service is available in-store from the weekend before the first week of classes ­ if the campus bookstore is open that weekend ­ through the last day of textbook returns.
• Special Order Service is available in-store after that last day of textbook returns. Special Order Service is the same as Shop Once Service with one exception: a special order is prepaid with no cancellation & refund privilege.
