What is My Account?
- My Account is the on-line
customer account that you create at this website. This account is your
key to the on-line and in-store services that distinguish El Corral
Bookstore: On-Line Shopping, Textbook
Reservation, Shop Once Service,
and VIP Buyback.
Where do I create My Account?
- Click on either link at the right page margin: My Account
at the bottom or Log
In at the top.
What is my Customer ID?
- When this website upgrades to Version 2 after January 2010, Customer ID will be your e-mail address. For Cal Poly Student accounts, the e-mail address must be the @calpoly.edu address which the university assigns. Please create or modify your Customer ID accordingly.
What is my Password?
- You create Password of at least six characters. Password should be easy to remember, but not easy for someone else to guess. You put yourself at risk if Password is Social Security Number or any another sensitive ID. For best security, Password should include at least one each of lower case letters, upper case letters, and digits. Example: Number1CSU. Password is case sensitive. Example: Login will not recognize number1csu as Number1CSU.
What information does My Account contain?
- Personal Information includes Customer Type, E-Mail Address, Daytime Phone Number, Customer ID, and Password. You can change personal information at any time.
- Billing Information includes Name, Billing Address, and Daytime Phone Number. When not relevant to order or reservation payment, this information may be your contact information. You can change this billing information at any time.
- Shipping Information includes Name, Shipping Address, and Daytime Phone Number. When not relevant to order delivery, this information may be your contact information. You can change shipping information at any time.
- My Alerts.
- Order History includes information about your on-line orders’ original details and current status, but excludes any payment information. Textbook reservation information will not be available until the website converts to Version 2 after January 2010.
