Delivery Options

Do you deliver?

• Your delivery options are in-store pick-up and off-campus shipment.

What is in-store pick-up?

• If your on-line order includes no textbooks, check-out includes the option of pick-up at El Corral Bookstore or Cal Poly Downtown. We can hold in-store purchases for pick-up at either store.
• If your on-line order includes a textbook, check-out excludes the option of pick-up. For on-campus pick-up of textbooks, sign up for Textbook Reservation.

What is off-campus shipment?

• We ship on-line orders and in-store purchases to addresses off campus. We regret that we cannot ship in-store purchases outside the 48 states which exclude Alaska and Hawaii.
• We cannot ship on-line orders or in-store purchases to addresses on campus.
• Textbook Shopping orders ship UPS Ground with Signature Required. Orders requesting Next or 2nd Day Air will be processed as Ground and shipping charge adjusted. Allow 4-10 business days for processing and delivery.
• For shipment of on-line orders inside the 48 states which exclude Alaska and Hawaii: Check-Out calculates the shipping & handling fee for your choice of UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Business Day, or UPS Next Business Day. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes, but does deliver to Private Mail Boxes.
• For shipment outside the 48 states which exclude Alaska and Hawaii: Check-Out cannot calculate the shipping & handling fee. Instead, we contact you within one business day to quote delivery method, delivery time, shipping & handling fee, and actual order total.
