Delivery Times
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For same-day processing, we must receive the order before 10 AM Pacific Time. Orders we receive after that time are processed the next business day. You will be alerted by e-mail when your order is shipped. UPS delivers Monday through Friday.
UPS Ground Inside California:
- Allow 4 to 6 business days (2 to 3 days for processing and 2 to 3 days for delivery).
UPS Ground Outside California:
- Allow 4 to 10 business days (2 to 3 days for processing and 4 to 7 days for delivery).
UPS 2nd Business Day:
- Allow 3 business days (1 day for processing and 2 days for delivery).
UPS Next Business Day:
- Allow 2 business days (1 day for processing and 1 day for delivery).
