My Order History

What is My Order History?

• Order History shows the details, item status, and order status of your on-line orders and prepaid textbook backorders.
• Order History excludes textbook reservations.
• For items with quantity greater than one, Order History may show more than one item status. Example: Order History shows status of shipped, backordered, cancelled for an item with quantity of fifteen. Because Order History cannot show the quantity for each status, an alert will give you that information. Example: An alert tells you that the item with quantity of fifteen has five shipped, five backordered, and five cancelled.
• Order History retains orders for six months from completion date.
• Order History may show limited or no information for orders completed before this website’s upgrade in late April 2010.
