My Password

What is My Password?

• At this website, you log in with Customer ID and Password.
• Create a Password which is easy to remember, but hard for someone else to guess. Example: Password should not be “password”.
• Password is a minimum of six characters, either letters or digits. We recommend a Password which includes at least one each of upper case letters, lower case letters, and digits. Example: Number1CSU.
• Password is case sensitive. Example: Login will not recognize “number1csu” as “Number1CSU”.
• You may change your Password whenever you log in to your customer account.

What if I forget my password?

• Because Passwords cannot be unencrypted, a new Password must replace a forgotten Password. Whenever you log in, you can click to request a new Password.
• The website automatically sends a randomly generated Password to the e-mail address that serves as your Customer ID. You will not receive the new Password if your e-mail address is invalid, one that bounces back our message, or one that requires sender registration. Nor will you receive the new Password if your Cal Poly or other e-mail account has a filter that blocks e-mail from elcorralbookstore.com.
