My Personal Information

What is My Personal Information?

• Personal Information includes Customer Type, Name, Daytime Phone, Customer ID, Password, and Subscription. You may change this information whenever you log in to your account.
• Customer Type: Select Cal Poly Student, Cal Poly Employee, Cal Poly Alumni, Cal Poly Parent/Relative, or Other.
• Name: Enter first name and last name. First name may include middle initial or middle name. Examples: Sara M. and Sara Marie. Last name may be more than one name. Examples: Sanchez Ruiz, Smith Jr., Wallace III, and Wu MD.
• Daytime Phone: Enter your full number with required area code and optional extension.
• Customer ID: Enter your e-mail address. Cal Poly Student accounts require the @calpoly.edu address that the university assigns. To learn more about Customer ID, click on "My Account: Customer ID" in the left index.
• Password: Enter a Password with a minimum of six characters, either letters or digits. To learn more about Password, click on "My Account: Password" in the left index.
• Subscription: To learn about Subscription, click on "My Account: Subscription" in the left-side index.
