Do I need my sales receipt?
- Always save your sales receipt! Without the sales receipt, we are
not obligated to accept a return.
What purchases may I return?
- With the original sales receipt and within 30 days of purchase,
you may return for either a refund or an exchange -- unless otherwise
stated or listed
-- all merchandise other than textbooks
and courseware. You must return an item in its original resaleable
condition.
What purchases may I not return?
- With or without the sales receipt, you may not return merchandise
stated or listed
as non-returnable.
What if my purchase is defective?
- We exchange defective merchandise within a reasonable period of
time after the purchase. The manufacturer’s warranty may provide replacement
or repair instead of our exchange. Your sales receipt is required.
If you can not find the sales receipt, please contact
us before you try to return.
How do I return an on-line purchase?
In what form do I receive a refund?
- If we owe you money, we refund the same way that you paid. If you
paid by credit card, for example, we credit the refund to the same
credit card account. Refunds and exchanges include any sales tax.
We refund shipping & handling and gift-wrapping fees at our discretion.
